Payment - Stationary
 
The easiest way to place an order for cards is via this website, using our secure shopping cart which takes payment by credit/debit card via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use this method.
 
If you would like to place an order and pay using a cheque or postal order please download and print our order form and send it to us along with your payment. Send any photos to cara.chambers@shop4baby.org

To order a photography package please see the relavent section to determine which package you are interested in and then phone us on (01925) 659066 to provisionally book a time slot.

Shipping

 

Once we have received your order we will design your item(s) and email a proof to you within 48 hours for your approval. Feel free to email us with any changes you wish to make, there is no limit on how many proofs you can have. Once we have received confirmation that you are 100% happy with your design we will process your order and send it to you via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery within 14 working days.
 
Returns
 
Due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns unless of course an error has been made by Shop4baby. All wording and spelling should be thoroughly checked before approving the proof design to ensure all information is correct. If a printing error has been made by Shop4baby then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products and we will send out replacement items as quickly as we can.

Privacy Policy

 

By shopping with Shop4baby you agree to divulge personal information about yourself and your child(ren) which is in turn used to create your order and also for marketing purposes. If you would prefer we did not contact you in the future the simply let us know when you email your proof back to us. All order forms and designs are deleted from our system 7 days after you receive your order and any photographs sent to us will be returned along with your order.
